The original antique stairway with wrought iron bannister leads up to the studio itself. It is a corner apartment in the shape of a half circle with lots of light from windows set into the attic line. In fact, there is a 340 degree view over the roofs of the city showing the Pantheon, Musee d'Orsay, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Cathedral Clothilde,and Montparnasse. It is a pretty effect. There is a queen bed, 2 armchairs and a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen area has stone countertop, Bosch appliances including a stove, microwave/oven, washing machine and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a glass-walled shower stall with multiple heads, a sink and toilet. From the shower you can see the top of the Eifel Tower! Everything about the apartment is newly and well done.

There is the possibility of renting this studio in conjunction with PA070, the owner's other apartment in this building. If so, there is a door in the entryway which can connect to the other apartment, resulting in accommodation for 4-6 people with 2 bedrooms/2 baths.

The 7th arrondissement is on the left bank of the River Seine and is a very beautiful area. Many embassies and government buildings are located here in ornate historic buildings on charming streets.
