This lovely apartment is on the corner of Blvd St. Germain and Rue de Courty which is just one street long here. This is a lovely neighborhood with fine food stores, cafes and restaurants all close at hand. Around the corner is the Place du Palais Bourbon. It is a short walk down the tree-lined Boulevard St. Germain to the famous designer shops of the 6th arrondissement. Just one block across the river, the Jardin des Tuileries and Place de la Concorde are an easy 10-minute walk.

Located in a beautiful Haussmannian building, the apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator and a short flight of stairs on top. It is a corner apartment and has lots of light from windows set into the attic line. It is a pretty effect. Entry is to a foyer/dining area which leads to the small kitchen which is modern with grey counters, white walls and 2 windows. It is very well equipped with the latest appliances. From the entry hall a door leads to the bathroom with stall shower, sink and toilet. In the other direction off the entry hall is the living room room. This is a corner room and is semi-circular in shape with 3 windows thus it is very bright and light. It has hard wood floors, a pretty area rug, and a sofa and chairs. A comfortable queen-sized murphy bed is hidden in the built-in bookcase on one wall. The bedroom is adjacent. Also semicircular, this is a romantic room with a queen bed, armchair and desk.

Location Information:

Métro: Assemblée Nationale on the corner. Cross street: Blvd. St. Germain.
The 7th arrondissement is on the left bank of the River Seine and is a very beautiful area. Many embassies and government buildings are located here in ornate historic buildings on charming streets. Right along side these are beautiful apartment buildings where well-to-Parisians live. There are 13 museums here with the Muséee d'Orsay being the most famous. And of course, the Eiffel Tower and its parks are also in this neighborhood. Click here to learn more about the attractions of: Paris

Client Comments:

"I rented this apartment a few years ago and really enjoyed it! I loved the layout and this time it was also great for us. My husband and myself in the bedroom and my 18 year old nephew on the murphy bed in the living room. Nice kitchen and bathroom was welcoming and very clean. Location near the Orsay and across from the Place de la Concorde is terrific! Neighborhood restaurants were excellent and the little store across the street is so convenient for sodas and snacks. Perfect apartment for us."
Howard M., Sarasota, FL.

"The location was excellent with easy access to central Paris. Despite being so close to heavily touristed areas, the street and surrounding blocks were very quiet. The street views are very nice, particularly from the bedroom. The view was one of our favorite features. Thanks for providing a great service."
-Patrick W., Columbus, OH

"We loved, the location, the fresh air and sunshine, the kitchen, the bedroom, the living room, the dining area, appliances, electronics and art! Oh, and the bakery across the street."
