This apartment is extremely well located in the very popular 6th arrondissement. It is just one block to the Luxembourg gardens which are visible from the balcony and thus offer a "green" feeling to this wonderful urban location. There are 3 métro stops within a 2 block walk, making for excellent public transportation. And as the neighborhood has many elegant apartment buildings, there is an excellent selection of gourmet food shops including a wonderful bakery right on the corner!

Entry to the building is through a locked entry into the large central courtyard. The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator and faces both the internal courtyard and the street. This means it is very bright and has excellent cross ventilation. The apartment is has white walls, parquet floors, pretty trim and white drapes. Original artwork in primary colors by the owner's son contributes to the attractive decor. The owner has furnished the apartment for her own use when she is in Paris, and thus it is pretty and very comfortable. The entry hall opens to the kitchen which has white cupboards, polished marble counters, and large windows opening to the internal courtyard. It is modern and well equipped. There is a marble top table and 2 stools. Across the hall is the spacious living room with decorative fireplace and 2 sets of doors to the terrace which faces the street. The living room has a beige sofa and two velour armchairs on a seagrass rug and a dining table with chairs. The balcony is large and has an awning.The dining table can be moved outside for meals al fresco! From here you can see the Luxembourg gardens and enjoy the pleasant view of other buildings across.

The entry hall continues to the bedroom wing. To the left is the master bedroom with queen bed facing the quiet internal courtyard. To the right is a small bedroom facing the street with comfortable armchair that can be coverted to a single bed (80cm). This room has a sliding door to the balcony. In between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with bathtub, shower over, sink and toilet. There is an additional toilet off the kitchen. This is a very pleasant apartment in an excellent location.
