Tucked on a hillside just a 10-minute drive from the center of Grasse, is this cozy farmhouse that has a lovely blend of rustic charm and contemporary style. The small, grey-tiled kitchen is all new and well-equipped. The dining room opens to the living room and has an elegant antique table and chairs also in gray to match the stone floors. There's an alcove which was once the chapel! The cozy living room has exposed beams, a stone fireplace and doors to a gravel patio, which is shaded by plane trees and has comfortable seating. The pool is just below. The views are beautiful.

One flight up is the master bedroom with queen bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Across the hall is a smaller bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower and sink. Midway up the last flight is a separate toilet. Upstairs is a third small bedroom with queen bed, a spectacular view and bathroom with bathtub, hand shower and sink.

The grounds are terraced with paths to quiet spots to enjoy the view. At 450 meters altitude, it is cool even in hot weather. A nearby ancient footpath leads down to the center of Grasse for those who like to hike. This is a charming, but small house best for adults due to the different levels and a few unprotected drops.
