Description:

Via dei Greci is one of the most enchanting streets in the Spanish Steps quarter. It is a quiet pedestrian street opening up to the Spanish Steps and just a few minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The uniqueness of this apartment lies precisely in its exquisite location, appreciated by both tourists and locals alike.

This apartment is on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator. It was restored in 2009 to offer high-standard amenities and to faithfully reflect the design oriented taste of the owner. The floors are dark opaque hardwood and offer warmth to the ambient. The high ceilings show traditional wooden beams.

There is an entrance that leads, on the right, to a warm living-room with a wooden table, two armchairs, an antique cupboard and a double sofa bed. There are two tall windows that render the interior luminous. The living room has its own door in order to offer enough privacy if chosen as a night area by two additional people.

The dining area is adjacent to the living room. It faces an internal courtyard and leads to the kitchen.

The new kitchen is ideal for those who plan to prepare wonderful local dinners while in Rome. It is fully equipped and its appliances include an oven and hood with a high-tech venting system, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer.

The first bedroom is a master bedroom with two twin beds (can be united into a king-size bed), an olive wood wardrobe and a single sofabed. This bedroom has a tall window facing an internal courtyard providing natural day-light and plenty of quiet. This bedroom has skylights with a sensor that closes them in case of sudden rain or excessive external humidity.

There is an ensuite bathroom with bowl sink, bathtub, shower over and toilet. A charming detail is an iluminated niche with an antique statuette.

The kitchen leads from the master bedroom to the other bedroom. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed that can be made up as two, side by side singles.

There is a second bathroom that can be shared by the bedroom and anyone in the living room (it is adjacent to both these rooms). This bathroom has a sink, walk-in stall shower with rain shower head and a toilet.
