This wonderful house is off a quiet, tree-lined street with grassy esplanade, large pine trees, a walking/biking path and the pretty sandy beach which curves around to the port of La Flotte just beyond.

Ours is the second house from the sea. A wonderful location.

The local owners have built this house with particular attention to detail, and it is charmingly decorated in blue, white and yellow-—a very bright and airy home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are one large room to take advantage of the french doors that open to the large enclosed courtyard. The kitchen section is quite pretty with nice cupboards, a skylight, blue tiled counter and even a bar for taking a snack. It is well equipped. The pleasant living room/dining room has a fireplace. There are two bedrooms: one room with a queen bed; one with two twin beds and french doors to the patio. The bathroom is quite pretty with bathtub, stall shower, sink and separate toilet. The paved patio has a a built in barbecue and landscaping. This is a haven of quiet just outside a charming, bustling little port town.
