This beautiful house is in La Flotte just a few minutes walk to the market and port. Downstairs is a large living room/dining room with an open well-equipped kitchen. It has exposed beams, comfortable sofas and glass doors to the large and pretty courtyard. A sun room offers additional eating space. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.

The master is a large room with a queen bedroom, sliding door to the courtyard, television, and adjacent shower and sink. By the entry is a twin bedroom with toilet and sink across the hall. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed and a tiny terrace overlooking the courtyard plus ensuite shower and sink. The other has twin beds and a convertible sofa (small double) with ensuite shower and sink. Separate toilet off the landing.
