Paradou is a village set in the rich plain dominated by the spectacular mountain range Les Alpilles.

It is just below famous Les Baux with its citadel and fabulous views. This is an extremely sought after region, abounding in scenic, gastronomic and cultural delights. This charming house is built on a slight slope with a central open patio. It is a very airy and comfortable home with a pleasant provencal style. The views are quite lovely as the house is surrounded by olive trees and vines. There are screens in most windows. Entry is to the spacious living room with open fireplace and access to the internal patio. The small, but good kitchen is down a few steps with a pleasant dining area. All bedrooms except the double have individual access to separate patios that ring the house. The master bedroom is very spacious with queen bed, berber carpeting, and a new, ensuite bathroom with tub, wall shower, and toilet. Down the hall is another bathroom with tub, wall shower, sink and separate toilet. The remaining bedrooms are small, but very nice, each with straw carpeting. There are two twin bedrooms and a double. As this is a split level house, it is not good for people who have trouble with stairs.
