Description:
This lovely studio is located in the heart of the Saint Germain neighborhood next door to perhaps the most famous cheese shop in Paris. Right down the street is the well-respected Maillot Museum. Famous cafes, restaurants, designer shops and more are all within an easy walk. This is a great location.
Despite being in such a prime location, this apartment is quiet as it faces an internal courtyard. It is on the second floor and has a real sense of history with ancient marble stone floors and exposed beams. The studio is entirely renovated to provide comfort and charm in a compact space. The sitting area has a loveseat, coffee table and bookshelves near the double windows that open to the courtyard. A kitchen area has a two-burner halogen stovetop, a microwave/oven, half refrigerator and your own fold out "zinc" cafe table for meals. The sleeping space is in the back with queen bed and wardrobe that has floor-to-ceiling mirrors. The bed faces the pretty bathroom with shower with rain shower head, sink and toilet. This is a romantic studio --- ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.
