The apartment has wood floors, decorative trim, tasteful furnishings and pleasant artwork. A pleasant entry hall leads to the kitchen with its windows onto the garden. It's well-equipped and has a table and seating for 2. The dining room is beyond with seating for 6. Off the entry hall and across from the kitchen, double doors open to the living room which has comfortable seating and windows onto the entry courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms, each with king bed (the mattresses can be made up as individual beds). One faces the garden and has ensuite bathtub, shower over, sink and toilet. The other faces the courtyard, has a decorative fireplace and has ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This is a lovely apartment that is ideal for 2 couples. And there is additional sleeping for 2 on 2 sofa beds in the living room.

"Location, location, location! Virtually everything you could want within a 2-3 block radius that included cafes, bakeries, grocery and not one but two Metro stations. Two short blocks from the Pont Neuf and the Ile de la Cite. The property itself was everything we could have expected. Superb. Bedrooms were quite large for Paris with modern and also large bathrooms. What more could you possibly want? Oh.. and even a small and quaint elevator. We were there 2 weeks and even managed the washer and dryer with the excellent instructions by the keyholder. This is a quality property."
