Entry is through the pleasant courtyard and up a wide wooden staircase. The large main room has parquet floors, tall windows and the original exposed wood beams. There is comfortable seating, dining table for 5 and windows on 2 sides for excellent cross ventilation even though the apartment is air conditioned. The kitchen corner is all new with excellent appliances and opens to the dining area. The bedrooms are on either side of the main room making for ideal separation for 2 couples. Each bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower stall, sink and toilet.
