This three level, two bedroom apartment has French doors that open onto the stately and serene gardens of the Palais Royal. It is a tranquil setting yet is right in the heart of the city, minutes from the Louvre. The decor is quite lovely, elegant and bright.

Entry level is on the ground level to the living room/dining room with convertible sofa bed. A door can open directly to the Palais Royal gardens. A narrow stairway leads downstairs to the brand new compact kitchen, seating area and separate toilet/sink.

Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms off a central hall where there is a full bathroom with small bathtub, wall shower, sink and toilet .One bedroom has a queen bed; one bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom which looks down over the gardens of the Palais Royal has a charming semicircular window that matches the architectural lines of the arches along the esplanade outside.

The apartment has been newly renovated and offers a good degree of comfort and style.
