Trémolat is a charming village with a choice of food shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 1.5 km away there is a Club Nautique where one can swim in the river and enjoy other water and outdoor activities. And the village has a Relais & Chateau hotel you can walk to for special dinners!

This lovely restored barn is set in a quiet and secluded position with its own lawn with both sun and shade. It has been renovated with good taste leaving exposed beams, stone walls and the original beautiful open fireplace. The downstairs has a spacious living room, dining room and a newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen separated by a bar at one end. On this floor there is a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a small shower room with toilet on the ground floor. A door leads out the back to the pool.

From the living room stairs lead upstairs to 5 bedrooms. There is one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two singles. Across from these 2 rooms is a bathroom with shower stall, sink and toilet. Continuing down the hall is another double bedroom and two more rooms, each with twin beds which can be made into one large bed on request. One of the twin bedrooms has a door to a terrace and steps down to the pool area. There is a bathroom with sink and toilet near these bedrooms.
