The main sitting room runs the length of the house and has a fireplace on the same scale. The very well equipped kitchen is also on this level. The lower ground floor can be used as a second sitting room or with the double convertible sofa as a bedroom.

The kitchen and main sitting room have doors to a small courtyard off the road which is shared with a neighboring house. The main entrance is from the garden. The garden has a lawn with a graveled driveway and looks west to the Dordogne. Steps lead to the lower part of the grounds and the swimming pool. The hamlet is very quiet and is classified as an historic site.
